All of our courses are backed by a 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you are dissatisfied with your course for any reason, you will receive a full refund for your course within 30 days of purchase.  You will be able to keep any continuing education credits as our gift to you.

Do I get continuing education credit for my course?

It depends. Some of our courses are approved for continuing education by an appropriate accrediting organization for the course target audience.  Check the course details to see which accrediting organizations have been approved for continuing education credits.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes!  You can sign up as many participants as you would like for any course.  We want to make sure that all participants are registered correctly, so we work directly with you to make sure that happens.  You can contact us here about group pricing or just head on over to our Group Purchasing page for more details.

How are courses delivered?

Courses are 100% online.  This means all content will be available through your student dashboard for you at anytime.  You will not be required to download materials, although some material will be available for download if you desire.

How do I sign up for a course?

Signing up for a course is a breeze.  When you find a course you like, you can purchase by simply clicking the “Buy Now” button.  Once the course is purchased, you will be prompted to create a login and password and you’re set!  Just login and your course will be populated on your Dashboard.

How long will I have access to my course?

Our courses remain available to you for up to 6 months from the time of purchase.  If you would like to have access longer, contact us here with your request.

My webpage isn’t loading correctly. How do I fix it?

If you’re webpage is not loading correctly, it is likely due to using a browser that is no longer supported.  Older versions of Internet Explorer, such as IE8 are especially troublesome.  To fix webpage loading errors, launch the webpage in another browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

What are the computer system requirements?

To participate in our courses, you only need a high speed internet connection through your computer, tablet, or mobile device.  If you are using older versions of Internet Explorer, it is recommended to update your browser or use another browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
